This spring, we’re bringing our next PopUp restaurant to the stunning surroundings of Jølstraholmen in Sunnfjord.
From May 22–24, we invite you to three evenings of food, nature, and connection – where the river, forest, and mountains set the stage for a truly unique experience.
Together with talented chefs, we’ll explore the ingredients and flavors of Western Norway – with deep respect for nature and a curious, creative approach in the kitchen.

After an evening filled with bold flavors and good vibes, you can unwind in the sauna or enjoy a dip in the outdoor hot tub before retreating to a cozy cabin or room.

Our Guest Chefs
Our guest chefs are tasked with creating a menu focusing on their specialties, but using ingredients local to the PopUp restaurant. Chefs specializing in everything from neo-Nordic to Spanish to Japanese have risen to the task of serving incredible, memorable meals to our guests in locations ranging from a coal mine in Svalbard to and old prison in Stord to a riverfront dream in Jølster! We are overjoyed chefs with both stars and awards choose to join this adventure.
Our Suppliers
PopUp would not be the same without the local suppliers on the team. We are incredibly lucky to have so much fresh and great food to pick from no matter what location we have selected in Norway. We love joining with the local businesses who place great emphasis on quality and going the extra mile. Our chefs are taken on a tasting tour to visit local suppliers and see where the products come from.
